Reiki – WHAT
IS THIS? Rei is a Japanese word that means "Cosmic vital
energy". It is the name for the energy that can be found anywhere
from the faraway stars to the depths of the see. This is the force that
keeps the universe in order. Ki is the same vital energy, or better its
microcosmic counterpart, found in man and in all living beings. It is just
the necessary force to keep our health. Although there is some identity
between them Rei is infinite in its manifestation while ki (also named
chi or Qi) is finite and denser. According to some philosophers and as
already discovered by psychical researchers, man and every living creature
has an aura around the body, which, in part, is due to its interrupted
efforts to survive. According to some Psychical researchers (as it had
already been stated by mystics and Schools of mysteries of the past), there
are 3 (three) circles of aura around the body: The first, more dense and
attached to the body (which reflects the state of body health), the second
(intermediate), dealing with emotional traumas
( the more diaphanous or less dense of the three),
which
reflects soul manifestation. There are points
all around the aura and body called chakras (a word for "wheel" in Sanskrit),
which are interaction points for these 3 planes. It is said that there
are 7 most important chakras, through which we should interact with universe.
The chakras reflect all our mental and physical problems and also most
of our difficulties to interact with the world, in our daily life. Rei
energy vibration has such a high frequency that it usually cannot be used
by human beings except when though an initiation a person’s chakras is
opened and it becomes a channel for its energy. Reiki practitioners are
people who received 1, 2, 3 or more initiations (also called attunements),
which enables them to channel this energy to heal people with their hands.
They can also heal people at a distance and also improve or "heal" difficult
situations. This has been proved to be true as experienced by many Reiki
masters, practitioners and recipients (clients).
HOW IT WORKS?-
According to what attested by measurements in special university labs and
also certified by clairvoyants Rei energy enters through the crown chakra
(on top of the head). It is believed that somewhere in breast it mixes
with the ki energy, which is dense enough and flows through the hands of
the practitioner. Although it is said that the energy is changed in heart
actually it has something to do with the thymus gland. From there it flows
through the hands of the practitioner to the body of his client. The more
the practitioner works with it, compounded by the more initiations he receives,
the more intense the flow becomes. This energy is intelligent and it finds
its way into the suitable chakra of the recipient and from there it reaches
the sick organ (in the body), the hidden sick emotion and bad energies
attached to the external ring of the aura, which might be defined as our
occult inner enemies. So it heals body, mind and soul. Practitioners of
first degree are able to treat clients personally. From second degree on
practitioners learn how to treat at a distance as they are initiated in
symbols which work remotely. Masters are taught in special ways to further
increase this energy remote transmittal (thanks to another symbol) and
make it present at preset periods. The recipient is put in attunement with
cosmic laws, so as to have a better perception of the actual nature of
his particular problem or his spiritual channels are unobstructed in order
to enable recipient to reach long wished and deserved goals.
